Effective date: August 31, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and World Models Watch, the operator of worldmodelswatch.com. By accessing the site, creating an account, posting a comment, or submitting a generation, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to use an account or generation tool. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting sign-in credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Editorial scope
World Models Watch tracks public signals about world models, spatial intelligence, embodied AI, and adjacent physical AI systems. Coverage is informational and should not be treated as investment, legal, procurement, or safety advice.
Source confidence
The site prioritizes primary sources and labels reported or adjacent signals conservatively. Model availability, product status, pricing, access, and capabilities can change after publication.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass protected routes, interfere with site availability, scrape at abusive rates, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
Do not use generation tools for illegal content, impersonation, deceptive media, abuse, malware, regulated content you are not authorized to process, or material that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Upstream model providers may apply their own content and account policies.
Your inputs and generated outputs
You retain any rights you already hold in an input. You grant World Models Watch and the selected providers a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process the input, prompt, parameters, and result only as needed to provide, secure, support, and legally operate the requested service.
You must have all permissions needed for every input and instruction. As between you and World Models Watch, we do not claim ownership of a generated output created for your private task. Any rights you may have remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the selected provider's terms. Outputs may not be unique, may resemble other material, and may not qualify for copyright or other protection.
You are responsible for reviewing the output before use and for obtaining any additional releases, licenses, safety checks, or technical validation required for publication, commercial use, games, physical products, robotics, architecture, or other production workflows.
Third-party providers
Generation requests are performed by the provider identified in the creation interface. Provider availability, processing time, safety rules, output format, technical quality, and permitted uses can change. Provider terms apply in addition to these terms where relevant. World Models Watch is not the provider's agent and does not guarantee that a provider will accept or complete every request.
Generation credits and files
The current credit price for each model is shown before submission and is reserved when a task starts. A provider failure or platform timeout returns the reserved site credits. A completed provider task consumes them even when the result requires editing or does not match a user's subjective preference. A confirmed platform error can be reviewed for a discretionary credit adjustment.
Site credits are a limited license to request supported generations. They are not money, stored value, a deposit, or transferable property; they do not earn interest and cannot be resold or transferred between accounts. Unless a purchase screen expressly states otherwise, credits remain available while the account is open and the relevant service is offered.
Payments and subscriptions
Checkout is not currently available, so the displayed plans cannot yet create a purchase or subscription. Before paid checkout is enabled, the purchase screen must show the seller, currency, taxes or fees, credits, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, effective refund conditions, and any material credit expiry or rollover rule. Those transaction-specific disclosures become part of these terms.
If recurring plans are enabled, they renew for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or mandatory law require otherwise. Existing credits remain subject to the rules shown when purchased. Automatic generation-credit returns are not cash refunds. Cash refunds, charge reversals, and statutory withdrawal rights are handled under the checkout disclosure and applicable law.
Temporary files and history
Input files are temporary and successful generated downloads expire after seven days. You are responsible for downloading files before expiry. Generation metadata and credit records may remain after the files are deleted as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Public comments should add source links, corrections, release-status notes, comparison questions, or relevant reader context. Do not post spam, impersonation, private information, confidential material, harassment, malware, or unsupported promotional claims.
Comments and likes
Comments are public immediately after submission. The author may soft delete their own comments, and the site may remove comments that break these terms. Signed-in readers may like each comment once and may remove that like by clicking the control again.
Intellectual property
Original site structure, summaries, and comparison framing belong to World Models Watch unless otherwise noted. Third-party names, papers, product pages, videos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or providers, comply with law, address security or payment risk, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal retention requirements and unresolved transactions or disputes.
Service changes
We may add, remove, or change models, parameters, prices, credit costs, file formats, limits, and features. A change does not alter a completed purchase retroactively unless required by law or accepted by the user. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, editorial content, generation service, and outputs are provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular output, fitness for a specific purpose, non-infringement, or that every source, route, link, model, file, or comparison field will be complete, current, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Models Watch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, business, goodwill, or use arising from the service or an output. For a paid claim, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to World Models Watch for the affected service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Business-user responsibility
If you use the service for business purposes, you will defend and indemnify World Models Watch against third-party claims arising from your unlawful inputs, instructions, publication, or use of an output, except to the extent caused by World Models Watch's own breach or misconduct. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction are determined by the operator's establishment, the user's location, and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of non-waivable protections or a forum available under applicable law. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through the published contact route, unless urgent relief or a statutory deadline makes that impractical.
